The talk will be given by Dr. Franco Salerno, a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Polar Sciences (ISP-CNR) in Italy, who has worked for over 15 years at the Pyramid Laboratory on Mt Everest managed by EVK2CNR and NAST. Dr. Salerno will deliver his talk on "Local Cooling and Drying Induced by Himalayan Glaciers under Global Warming".
